Taribo West

West has played for a host of clubs during his successful career, including Auxerre, Inter Milan, MC Milan, Derby County, Al-Arabi and he enjoyed a spell playing for Plymouth Argyle late on in his career. He played for Nigeria in two world cup finals, the 1998 and 2002 world cups. In total he earned 41 caps representing the national football team and is considered by many to have been one of the country’s finest ever defenders.

David Norris

Norris started off his playing career at Boston United, before enjoying a spell at Bolton Wanderers, finding it difficult to break in to the first team. He signed for Plymouth Argyle in 2001 and his play really started to blossom once joining the club. He helped Plymouth gain promotion in to the championship at the end of the 2003 – 2004 season and was named as the clubs player of the year at the end of the 2005 – 2006 season.

Anthony Barness

Barnes started off his playing career at Charlton Athletic before enjoying a brief spell playing for Chelsea FC in 1995. He singed for Bolton wanderers in 2000 and established himself in the team during the 2001 – 2002 season in the right back position. He joined Plymouth Argyle in 2005 and soon impressed the Plymouth supporters and was outstanding for the club during the 2005 – 2006 season.
